FOR TEMPLATE DESIGNER :

• Get into your Blogger dashboard and go to Layout.

• Open a new HTML/Javascript Gadget in your sidebar.

• Copy this  code

 FOR BLOGSKIN:

• Find this code 

      </body>

• then copy this code

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://ash.zz.mu/ashjs/ashstar.js"></script>

 And paste it before   </body> 



THAT'S IT Save that, and now you have Blue star effect in your cursor :)
